Ganout's recipes
LES CREPES A LA LAVANDE

Deviens un vrai chef cuisinier ! Fais-toi aider par tes parents pour réaliser ces succulentes recettes !

Crêpes à la lavande 10 minutes de préparation 8 à 10 pers Temps de cuisson : 3 min Ingrédients : 250g de farine, 4 oeufs, 1 demi-litre de lait, 1 pincée de sel, 50g de beurre, 1 sachet de sucre

A l'occasion de la chandeleur, mais aussi toute l'année, tu peux préparer des crêpes et les déguster à la lavande !
La lavande est une plante de couleur mauve ou violette que l'on trouve dans les régions du sud de la France comme à Montélimar.
Après avoir cuit toute la pâte à crêpe, ajoutes sur celles-ci une petite cuillère de sirop de lavande et une pincée de sucre.
Roules la crêpe pour bien l'imprénier.
A déguster bien chaudes !
